How to make your classroom more humanistic – rewarding effort not outcome. It builds an understanding that it doesn’t matter if you fail, what should be celebrated is how much work you put into it.

During day to day teaching, with there being so much focus on progress and learning, it is really easy to forget who your children are as people.
