In this video, we look at the importance of staying connected to others for better physical and emotional wellbeing.

Connection is a crucial part of helping us build resilience. Staying connected helps increase feelings of positivity and safety. When people are together, smiling, eye contact and touch can cause people to experience shared emotions.
Staying connected can lead to better immune function, cardiovascular health and better social skills. 
How can we keep building that Oxytocin buzz and strengthen our social connections?
