Support Strategies for Leaders

After speaking to a friend who was apprehensive to start a new role, Hannah Wilson reflected on who has helped her in her career, who she’s supported and why she co-founded #WomenEd.

She examines the different support systems that are out there and what she found useful. She then reflects on the difference between the following roles: mentor, coach/ sponsor, therapist and critical friend.

A must read for anyone beginning a new role or in SLT. Read the whole blog here.
