Emily Stuart is an HCPC registered dietitian for apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods. She has several years clinical dietetic experience in a variety of settings including acute and primary care dietetics, as well as experience in the food industry and writing for various nutrition and other healthcare professional publications. Emily is a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and committee member of the Food Services Specialist Group of the BDA. She loves helping people to make informed, positive and personalised choices about their health and is passionate about the impact that good nutrition can have on health and wellbeing.
