Jo blends different roles into one; a BACP accredited school-based counsellor, a family support worker, and a provider of training to adults on mental health in children and young people. Jo is a passionate and committed advocate for the improvement of mental health, especially in children and young people. At the beginning of lockdown (March 2020) Jo continued to support CYP but via YouTube, by creating her own channel called Flourish. The channel has a selection of professional and motivational video’s, aimed to improve the mental health of CYP.
