He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), with research focused on Positive Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and its role in addressing socioeconomic disparities in student outcomes. His work explores innovative approaches such as Lego Serious Play to support student identity and engagement.
