A Poem About Teaching, Where to Start?

So recently I was asked to present a short keynote about life as a teacher. Now ironically, the same week I was teaching the kids that a poem is a great way to convey an emotive story in just a few words, and write about something that is personal to them. So I decided to take my own advice and try to write a short poem about what teaching means to me! I loved writing it as I trawled through videos of the vlogs I have done over the past three years and it was nice to relive fond memories.

For me, teaching is the best job in the world and I feel privileged to be within the teaching profession.
