With a strong background in SEMH, trauma-informed leadership, and whole-school improvement, he has led strategic behaviour reforms, staff development programmes, and multi-agency collaborations that have transformed pupil outcomes and strengthened staff confidence in behaviour management. Beyond his school leadership role, Jason leads projects through Lifeline Learning and Elevate, designing interventions and training that help schools bridge the gap between emotional well-being and academic progress.
