As a coach working with teachers, Naomi Ward realised that loss of self and purpose is a key element in what holds educators back from being their best and committing to leadership. Naomi is determined to be part of a purpose revolution in schools across the UK and Internationally. Naomi is an ICF Accredited Co-Active Coach with 14 years experience as a Secondary School Teacher and Leader. She has edited two books about wellbeing in the education sector. In 2019, she founded Purposeful Educators, which is committed to ‘championing educators to take a stand for their unique value and purpose in order to have the impact they are longing to have.’ Purposeful Educators offers group coaching, leadership development, coaching training and consultancy for schools and membership to our growing global community.
