Staying open to positive experiences can be a challenge, Research suggests that although we have more positive experiences in our lives, we have more negative thoughts daily because our brain is scouting for danger and ways to protect us.
So if we don’t keep tabs on our thoughts and feelings, we can veer off into negativity. Now negativity at times is necessary and unavoidable. But how do we prioritise positivity so that we are keeping ourselves open and looking for the good in our lives?
